Many of those who are victims of Rosalie Maronese are inquiring as to restitution and how to obtain. Our best answer is for all of us to keep the investigation going. We understand that some of the cases against Rosalie were closed in October. If you are being represented by the investigator (Trevor Schulz) of Alberta Government Services (AGS) and your claim is still ongoing then there is hope. The only reason that restitution was paid to the victims in the ticket fraud was that Rosalie was seeking to avoid jail time or any type of criminal sentence whatsoever. It is understandable that the victims of that case settled for money.
