Rosalie has taken vast amounts of money from local businesses and not lived up to her contractual commitments, as well as not paying folks she took services from. We found out and confirmed today that Rosalie's cell number has been "temporarily disconnected".

This is a similiar pattern to her activities the last couple of years. You play phone tag she makes promises and then simply disappears until months later when you track her down again. Let's all get organized and stop this woman!
