Indeed Rosalie's 366 number is working again. It bears the message that you have reached Auntie Rosalie's Dayhome and that we are unavailable to take your call. Impossible to leave a message as the voicemail box is full.
How does this women ever get any new business when she never answers the phone at the 366 number and her voice mail is always full? Are there any other numbers out there for her?

It would be pretty simple.
Hypothetically she has caller id and screens her calls. If it isn't a number that is recognized she may return the call saying - "you phoned?"
Numbers from callers that she recognizes are ignored and restricted numbers aren't answered.
As for new business we presume that she is scanning websites for parents advertising for daycares or dayhomes.
