Hi Everyone out there,

Just thought I would try to see if I could find out how may others are out there that have been scammed by "Aunty Rosalie's Dayhome".

I don't quite understand how someone can live with themselves everyday when they use innocent children as pawns in her sick scheme to extort money from people.

My husband and I were stupid enough to fall victim to her dayhome scam. I am sure others have been in our situation where you are searching and searching for childcare and you feel like you will never find one. And then comes along good old Rosalie. She seems like the nicest person, and a great dayhome. That is untill you have given her your money and she closes up shop two weeks later.

We heard every excuse from this woman. Lost her cell phone, "Tell me you got the messages I left for you she says". Is a No Show for the scheduled playdates which she said had to take place. Again says left us messages. Gives us another phone number only to disconnect it days later. Several trips to her house and discussions with her "roommates"? We discover she is out of town??? Then when we finally talk to her she says her uncle had a heart attack! Yeah I'm sure And then no contact for weeks. We leave a letter wishing to cancel the service she obviously does not run hoping we might actually get our money back. Hah thats a pipe dream

And then to top it off, she actually contacts us TWICE ??? to tell us she got our letter wishing to cancel our contract and she wants to return our deposit. Only then to not call again when she promises. And then for a third time the sick twisted individual calls again and says we can pick up a check at her house in Cougar Ridge from her roommates or we can wait untill shes back in town on the 29th. So my husband goes to get the check from the room mate the other day and low and behold who answers the door ROSALIE! ( Thought she was out of town?) She tries to act all nice and says she can't find the check she wrote but she would just write another one. Can anyone say BOING BOING BOING all the way to the bank. We went to try and cash it today and as we suspected NSF!! Oh and the address on the check is actually a PO box at Westhills UPS store.

We will now be going to file our official report with the police and hope that others would also do the same so that we might actually be able to have this bitch locked up! She's lucky it was my husband that came by that day because if it was me I would have dragged her out of the house by her hair all the way to the bank to get the cash and a good old shit kicking

Roslie if you read this I'm sure you figure out who I am and I mean it when I say if you fail to return our money you will pay one way or another! I know to many people in this city for you to hide! posted by Bikeguide1 @ 8:57 PM
