In addition to these checks (which I refused to do), she also had parents fill out a Contact Information Sheet, which contained information in case of emergencies, such as the parents contact information (address, phone numbers, email addresses), alternates contact information (address, phone numbers, email addresses), child's medical information (Alberta health #, doctor information, medical history), etc. This is personal information that all parents should have a copy of or ensure it be destroyed upon termination of services.
Do you guys have an updated email address for her? The one I used to have was info@maroneseinternational, but since that website has been taken down, I'm assuming the email address is no longer valid.
I also have trc123@telus.net for her. I've sent her a few emails recently and they haven't been returned, so I'm assuming she's received them.
