Contrary to some stories circulating. Rosalie Maronese does have a court date set in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
A date has been set for January 17, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in court room # 102 at the Provincial Court House, Criminal Division, on 6th Ave SE (next to the public library and Bow Valley College). It doesn't mean she'll necessarily show up. She may just have representation.

Our family really appreciates your efforts. We are victim's of Rosalie's as well. Do you know why the police can not charge her with fraud or any other criminal charges for all her fraudulent dayhome/daycare transactions?
We can't speculate. Although an investigation is being conducted by Alberta Government Services.
