Man this sucks everytime I go down there to see the hag she gets her lawyer to appear and buy more time. Anybody know if next time she will have to appear. The judge can't let this go on forever....

Is that why it keeps getting put over? Why don't they just force her to show up so that they can get on with it? Ridiculous.

she will likely enter a plea next appearance. Then a trial date will likely be set if the judge and crown deem necessary.

Did the court supply a extra-large seat for her rear end?

She also has a court date in small claims court on the 16th- with me. I've been chasing her since Dec 2005.

Just in case people are interested- she is/was also considered "a second daughter" to the owners of Osteria de Medici in Kensignton. Maybe they can help everyone find her!

Good luck to you. We sued Rosalie last year and she never shows up to small claims court. I imagine you will win your judgement, but collecting your money will be an entirely different story.

Best of luck. We sued her (she didn't show up) and won in early 2005 and never saw a cent. That's the trick... winning is one thing but collecting is another.

Is everyone suing her for her dayhome operation or are there other circumstances? I have read something about a recruiting company and a cleaning business. I just want to look the cheat in the face make her feel uncomfortable.

All of you people who have won in small claims court and have not collected - have you explored your options? There are ways to have a judge order her possessions seized to pay the money she owes you! Maybe if you were to get a prepaid legal plan online you would be able to get some free advice from a lawyer.

these charges are for the hockey ticket scam.

Mine are charges for the recruiting company. We have exhausted our options for payment, my husband is a lawyer. Unfortunately a website like this did not exist when she was charged by the government for That Recruiting Company. We didn't know that a class action existed so we were not able to join in with the rest of the people who actually did receive their money back. C'est la vie, I just want to see the fat liar go to jail for everyone else she has scammed.

So did she show up for her date in small claims court?

maybe they should threaten to lock her up with no food if she doesn't show up in court next time. That'll get her running to the courthouse!
