As of today (April 9), this number is still an active number, she just chooses to keep the mailbox full to avoid actual contact with people or having to listen to more people's opinions of her!
If this was a defunct number, it would be disconnected and we would get a recording indicating that the number is out of service. This is NOT the case with this number!

Old news! This number along with the rest of Rosalie's contact numbers have been defunct since November. She must change her number every two weeks.
