Rosalie's trial date has been set for December 4th, 2007 and December 11th, 2007. Rosalie's lawyer entered a plea of not guilty on both counts. These matters will be heard separately one count on the 4th of December and another on the 11th.
Location and times to be determined. We will keep you informed.

What are the 2 charges she's facing? Is she looking at jail time or just a fine?
She is charged with fraud. One count over 5000.00 and another below 5000.00
She pleaded not guilty? Is she insane?
Yes Rosie may be looking at jail time.
We all know Rosalie is insane. But you are innocent until proven guilty. The joy of this is that she will have to appear in December to answer the charges. Good things come to those that wait.
You guys are going to be real dissapointed if you think she is going to get jail time for these charges.
You might be right. But it will be nice to see the hag answer for her actions. Monetarily or in front of her peers.
Any suggestions on how to get our money back?
As with everyone else, we've been told she's going to drop off the money, then later that we can come and pick it up next week, now (for the past few months) there's no answer. Our claim is only for $1000 but still... it's the principle of it. Is there somewhere we can file a complaint or something - anything? Do the authorities know just how many people have been involved?
The only suggestion is to contact Alberta Government Services. An investigation into Rosalie has been started and is ongoing.
