Rosalie Maronese was in Alberta Provincial Criminal Court today. Contrary to rumors the charges against her hadn't been dropped.
It may come as a disappointment to some but Rosalie plea bargained her way out of a conviction today. Rosalie Maronese has been ordered by the Alberta Provincial Court to make restitution to
her victims in regards to the charges that had been laid against her.
Tomorrow, Rosalie or her lawyer will appear in Court Room 306 to pay restitution. The time of this matter is at 9am Calgary time.

well this does not surprise me-she is small compared to some criminals out there! I am sure she had to scam people in Ontario to get the money to pay this back. I guarantee if we are all patient she will get what she deserves-one way or another. She will get stupid and piss off the wrong people!! Lets keep going with the government as that will pack a punch if anything ever comes of it!
What happens if she does not pay the restitution tomorrow?
What is the total she has to pay and to how many people?
Has she been formally charged in Ontario?
Rosalie manages to make profit from others but not really suffer for her actions.
How unfortunate that this wacko is still going to be out there scamming people again left and right. there are hardened criminals that must be taken care of first but come on - this chick is effin' crazy. all she'll do is come up with another scam to steal money to pay back the money that she stole. either that or she has some stupid family members who belive her lie and will help her. what a joke, man. what a joke.
