Lots of activity the past few days

We have been looking at our logs and noticing that there has been quite a bit of traffic or searches for all things Rosalie Maronese the past few days.

Another scammed by Rosalie Maronese

A new post on the zimbio site about Rosalie we have imported it for those interested to read.


"I have a bit of an update about Rosie (as I knew her) albiet several month ago now.

She scammed me by not delivering business services that she was paid for. She also stole a company laptop computer. I first me her in Apr 2008 in Toronto. She bean "working" for me between May and July at which time she claimed to be driving between Toronto and Calgary all the time for her sales job - selling jewelry for a company.

She is very evasive and I am interested in justice being found before she strikes again!"

The trail has gone cold.......

As of September 9th, 2008 the trail of Rosalie Maronese has gone cold.

We can update you to the fact that we know she is working in Toronto and has a residence there.

Beyond that we don't know any more information. Rosalie still owes monies to many people for many different reasons.

Looking for information on Rosalie Marie Maronese

We would like to report that we know information about Rosalie Maronese or her whereabouts. We as you, are probably in the dark as to her activities or whereabouts. The last information that we had on Rosalie was that she was living and working in Windsor Ontario around March or April 2008. We now suspect that she has moved from that location to Toronto.

If anyone has updated information about Rosalie Maronese please post.

April 18th 2008 Rosalie Maronese Court Date Calgary

Rosalie is scheduled to appear in Court again on April 18, at 9:00 a.m. in courtroom 308 regarding the alternative measures that was heard original on December 11 2007. 

We will post an update as to what transpired at Rosalie's court appearance next week. We are in the process of confirming the proceedings.

Girls Night Out Tours- Press Release

Thanks to all who have been contributing to the blog. We have obtained a draft press release for Rosalie Maronese's Girls Night Out Tours venture from London Ontario. It is our understanding that Rosalie was claiming to be providing 25% of the proceeds of her Girls Night Out to a worthy charity!

We have been unable to confirm if donations were made to Breast Cancer Research as the press release details. If anyone has experience with Girls Night out Tours or Rosalie Maronese please feel free to leave a comment.

We have discovered that Rosalie was in Tiverton Ontario over the course of the Spring/Summer 2007.

We are working on confirming the address but we have a invoice from her Gypsy Rosly venture that lists Tiverton as a mailing address.

Once again beware Rosalie Maronese, Gyspy Rosly, Rose Maronese, Rosa Maronese, Rose Marie Maronese.

What was Rosalie Maronese doing in Windsor?

We found out and confirmed today that Rosalie's cell number has been "temporarily disconnected".

This is a similiar pattern to her activities the last couple of years. You play phone tag she makes promises and then simply disappears until months later when you track her down again. Let's all get organized and stop this woman!

Get your girls together as a limo will pick you all up and take you to each and every destination that you would like. How about a pedicure for starters, followed by some pole dancing, then a nice dinner and maybe if you still have energy, you can hit up the clubs. There is no limit to what a woman desires. You will be pampered from start to finish."

Rose Maronese really left an impression in London, Ontario as well. As one of her victims here, let me tell you what she has been up to. She came here with this idea of a company called girls night out tours. The idea is great I think but it's who runs it that is the problem. She organizes a group of ladies to get picked up by a limo and it takes them out on a night on the town. There are several stops along the way with different vendors. After running these tours for 3 weeks, we soon realized who we were dealing with when the vendors were complaining about not getting paid. Myself included, acted as host to these tours and learned first hand what a scam artist she was by lying to me and others involved in this company. She has gone on to write several rubber cheques and makes it sound like it is the banks fault. I hated playing phone tag with her trying to get my money. And on top of that, she was looking for ads for this ad book called "The Little Redbook" which she said would be given to every lady who went on a tour plus run in the city newspaper in January. I even helped get her 2 ads from friends of mine. The London Police have a file number I found out based on this scam. Apparently there are other businesses who have paid for an ad and seen nothing. i came across this blog from someone close to Rose and immediately felt sick to my stomach. I can't believe that after reading all that she has done in her past that she continues to scam people. From the beginning she always said that her ex boyfriend was the cause for her problems and that he tried to ruion her in Calagary and he is making her look bad. She is such a liar and i have drawn together a group in London that have been "touched" by her to file a case in small claims court to get our money back. She messed with the wrong people. We will make sure she does not do business in our city anymore!

Questions

Many of those who are victims of Rosalie Maronese are inquiring as to restitution and how to obtain. Our best answer is for all of us to keep the investigation going. We understand that some of the cases against Rosalie were closed in October. If you are being represented by the investigator (Trevor Schulz) of Alberta Government Services (AGS) and your claim is still ongoing then there is hope.

The only reason that restitution was paid to the victims in the ticket fraud was that Rosalie was seeking to avoid jail time or any type of criminal sentence whatsoever. It is understandable that the victims of that case settled for money.

If those of you who are still seeking answers, and you have AGS working on your behalf you can contact them anytime to obtain an update. It is your right as a victim and consumer. Trevor's contact information is contained in the links on the right side of the blog "Email AGS".

There appears to be seperate issues circulating in the London Ontario region. AGS is not responsible for any actions in Ontario.

Court decision December 11th, 2007

Rosalie Maronese was in Alberta Provincial Criminal Court today. Contrary to rumors the charges against her hadn't been dropped.

It may come as a disappointment to some but Rosalie plea bargained her way out of a conviction today. Rosalie Maronese has been ordered by the Alberta Provincial Court to make restitution to


her victims in regards to the charges that had been laid against her.

Tomorrow, Rosalie or her lawyer will appear in Court Room 306 to pay restitution. The time of this matter is at 9am Calgary time.

Rosalie Maronese's court date did not happen today.

We attended court and confirmed that the next court date is December 11th, 2007. We are trying to find details as to the circumstances of this change. We will post details as they become available.

We have found out today that the Dec. 4 trial date was brought forward on November 9. The result was a Stay of Proceedings.

The Dec. 11 trial is still scheduled for 9:30a.m., room 1107
